• Benefits of creating an account
    Your online account enables you to interact with the site without entering all your personal information each time. It also allows you to view and update your email or address online, and to browse our online store, view past orders, see updates to current orders, or purchase again. To log in, simply click on the "LOGIN" link at the top of each page or find a login section on various pages of the site to login. Many areas of the Contact website are now restricted by login, so we encourage everyone to create an account with us.
  • Forgot Your Password
    If you forget your password, please do not create a new online account. This can confuse the system and may cause problems when you try to access your account. Visit any Login link or login module and click Forgot login.
  • Sign up for Email Updates
    Go to "Resources" and select "Update My Profile". Log in to the site, and you will be able to update any of your profile information with Contact.
  • Privacy Policy
    At Contact with Randy & Cherie we value our relationship with ministry friends and partners like you. We have always had a commitment to protecting the privacy of our partners and friends. We do not sell, trade, or give away our customer’s personal information for any reason, at any time. Please know that any transaction you make on this web site will be kept strictly confidential.  When you give us your email address, we will automatically add you to our ministry email subscription list to send you the latest updates.
  • Address Change
    Go to "Resources" and select "Update My Profile". Log in to the site, and you will be able to update any of your profile information with Contact. Please note: your billing and shipping address for shopping may need to be changed when you purchase in the store if you changed them in your profile. This is different information based on purchasing, not mailing.
  • Tell A Friend
    You can email a link to a friend from any of our online articles or sections of the website. Simply look to the upper right of any article you are reading or viewing, look for the small print and email icons, and you can choose to print or email a link to a friend of your choice.
