Additional Tour Information
Non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. Late fees will be applied to ALL registrations and balances paid after final payment date.
Cancellation Policy: It is recommended that the traveler purchase Comprehensive Trip Cancellation Insurance ($180 currently per person) in order to retrieve all funds (excluding non-refundable deposit) in the case of a necessary cancellation.
Round-trip airfare to the originating city is NOT included in the package price. Please contact our office if you are not originating from Richmond, VA.
